Process of LCO Metal Cutting Dedicated Oxygen Generator: After air is compressed by the air compressor, the cubic oxygen generator undergoes dust removal, oil removal, and drying before entering the air storage tank. It then passes through the air intake valve and left intake valve into the left adsorption tower. As the pressure in the cubic oxygen generator tower rises, nitrogen molecules in the compressed air are adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, while the unadsorbed oxygen passes through the adsorption bed, enters the oxygen storage tank via the left gas production valve and oxygen production valve. This process is called left adsorption, lasting several tens of seconds. After left adsorption ends, the left and right adsorption towers are connected via the equalizing valve to balance the pressure between the two towers. This process is called pressure equalization, lasting 3~5 seconds. After pressure equalization, compressed air enters the right adsorption tower through the air intake valve and right intake valve. Nitrogen molecules in the compressed air of the cubic oxygen generator are adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, and the enriched oxygen enters the oxygen storage tank via the right gas production valve and oxygen discharge valve. This process is called backflushing, which occurs simultaneously with desorption. After right adsorption ends, the process enters pressure equalization again, then switches to left adsorption, continuing in a cyclic manner.

First, a compressor forces dry air through the molecular sieve into a vacuumed adsorber. Nitrogen molecules in the air are adsorbed by the molecular sieve, while oxygen enters the adsorber. When the oxygen in the adsorber reaches a certain amount (pressure reaches a certain level), the oxygen outlet valve can be opened to release oxygen. After a period, as the molecular sieve adsorbs more nitrogen, its adsorption capacity weakens, and the purity of the produced oxygen decreases. A vacuum pump is then used to extract the nitrogen adsorbed on the molecular sieve, and the process is repeated. This method of oxygen production is also known as the adsorption method.
